Cathie McKimm
Cathie McKimm is the owner/lead consultant of CMS and has 18 years experience of working as a practitioner in the Cultural Sector. She was the Arts Development Manager for the former Down District Council, managing a busy rural Arts Centre, its staff and programmes, and also responsible for the strategic development of arts and culture across the Down District Council area.
She established CMS in 2007 to provide a high quality creative consultancy, drawing on her own extensive experience and that of others working in arts cultural and heritage contexts.
