Cultural Management Services is an arts, cultural and heritage consultancy, led by Cathie McKimm, a former local government Arts Manager with extensive work experience in the voluntary, community and public sectors. The consultancy provides specialist management and development support, including: Business and Strategic development; Fund-Raising and Sponsorship, Project and Event management, PR & Marketing; Research and Evaluation and Training.

The consultancy also sub-contracts a range of specialists to collaborate on larger projects, providing a multi-talented approach as and when required.
